A Legacy of Compassion: Humanitarian Impact in Memory of Mrs. Nina Sebba

Nigeria – 2026
A remarkable philanthropist who played a key role in the acquisition of the Chabad Center in
Nigeria chose to extend his generosity far beyond community infrastructure.
Alongside his support for the center itself, he dedicated an additional contribution of more than
$100,000 to fund humanitarian actions across the country. Over the years, these initiatives have
been progressively implemented to serve vulnerable populations in meaningful and lasting ways.
More recently, these efforts were dedicated to the memory of Mrs. Nina Sebba, and were
generously offered by her son, Robin Seban, and his wife, Chloé Seban, whose commitment
transformed personal remembrance into broad humanitarian impact.
Thanks to this extraordinary initiative, tens of thousands of people now benefit from improved
access to clean drinking water across Nigeria. At the same time, a new educational building is
currently under construction and will soon welcome more than 350 students, with inauguration
planned for 2027.
This project reflects a powerful vision of philanthropy—one that honors the memory of a loved one
not only through tribute, but through concrete action, dignity, and lasting transformation for entire
communities.
