Smile Day

Smile Day
Joy is not a luxury for children – it is part of their emotional strength. Smile Day was created to bring happiness, entertainment, and attention to children who often live in difficult or neglected environments.
In honor of National Children’s Day, ChabadAid organized performances, distributed gift bags, and brought moments of laughter to schools, hospitals, orphanages, IDP camps, and public spaces. The program reminds us that humanitarian work is not only about survival; it is also about restoring childhood, hope, and the simple power of a smile.
Every year in honor of National Children’s Day, we focus on bringing joy to kids. Happy children always outperform their less happy peers. They have higher self-esteem and strive to be more productive. On National Children’s Day, we flew in performers, “The Twins from France,” who brought their talent before eager young audiences and gave out gift bags with snacks, drinks, and candy. Can you think of a better reason to smile?
