Staff Appreciation Initiative

At the beginning of the school year, ChabadAid distributed food packages that students could offer to their teachers and school staff. What began as a gesture of gratitude became a meaningful act of respect, encouraging better relationships inside the school and reminding educators that their work is valued.

We’re facilitating better rapport between teachers and students. At the start of each school year, we give out food packages for students to pass on to their school’s staff. In the process, religious leaders of different faiths came together to spearhead the effort. Since then, school leaders have reported an increase in goodwill, as the initial gift led to a cycle of appreciation and respect throughout the year.
